Yes, reformer is very different to a gym workout and for your safety and fairness to the other clients in the class please attend a beginners class if you’ve never been on a reformer before. The instructor can run through how the machine works, show you how to set it up for you and your body. The classes are 50 minutes long. We will look at working every aspect of your body regardless of class level and can offer progressions and regressions in all levels to suit the clients. We will be using the reformer to challenge your body with a variety of tension/ resistance from the carriage which will be spring loaded from the base. Remember heavy springs don’t always mean harder!!
