Level 1 Reformer
This class is perfect if you are new to reformer Pilates. It will introduce you to the reformer machine and cover the basic moves. We recommend that you come to at least six beginner classes if you have never done any Reformer before.

Level 2 Reformer
In our improver classes we will work to bring more flow and energy into the class, now that you feel comfortable to move around your machine. Working on more challenging exercises for the whole body; whilst still offering all the postural, flexibility, toning and injury prevention benefits that traditional pilates offers.

Signature Mixed Method
Our Mixed Method classes blend the foundations of Pilates with intelligent strength and dynamic movement, designed to challenge the body while staying true to control, precision and flow.
At Kensington, classes expand into Reformer x Strength and Jump x Strength formats — fusing Pilates principles with functional strength and cardiovascular elements for a more athletic, energising experience.

Jumpboard Cardio Reformer
Challenge your cardio! Are you looking for fun, yet challenging class thats high intensity but low impact?
Using the jumpboard which attached to the front of the reformer you will get your heart rate up, work those legs, abs and arms getting a full body endurance class guaranteed to get you sweating!Please note: 6+ Reformer classes at Meraki are required before attending.

Pregnancy Pilates

Charlie is the founder of Meraki Studios and one of the youngest to train with Body Control Pilates. She blends classical and contemporary techniques to create her own signature slow burn classes. Where she helps every client feel challenged, supported, and inspired.

Originally from Australia, Kaylee brings eight years of Reformer Pilates experience and a warm, supportive teaching style. She focuses on mobility, core strength, and well-being, ensuring every client feels challenged and cared for.

Alex is certified in both mat and reformer, with a background in gymnastics and figure skating. Her classes are grounded in the classical order with a contemporary twist to sculpt and strengthen.
