Level 1 Reformer
This class is perfect if you are new to reformer Pilates. It will introduce you to the reformer machine and cover the basic moves. We recommend that you come to at least six beginner classes if you have never done any Reformer before.

Level 2 Reformer
In our improver classes we will work to bring more flow and energy into the class, now that you feel comfortable to move around your machine. Working on more challenging exercises for the whole body; whilst still offering all the postural, flexibility, toning and injury prevention benefits that traditional pilates offers.

Pregnancy Pilates
Stay strong, supported, and connected to your body throughout pregnancy with our expertly designed Pregnancy Pilates classes in Kensington. These sessions focus on gentle yet effective movements that enhance core stability, relieve tension, and prepare your body for birth and beyond.

Tower Class
Strengthen your core, improve flexibility, and enhance posture with our Pilates Tower class, using spring resistance to tone muscles in a full-body, low-impact workout. Suitable for all fitness levels!

Apparatus Flow
Studio Loop is a dynamic, multi-apparatus Pilates class that challenges strength, control, and endurance. Move seamlessly through Reformer, Tower, Chair, and Barrel in a circuit-style workout that uses the whole Meraki studio.
Please note: 6+ Reformer classes at Meraki are required before attending.

Womens Only Reformer

AAA
AAA stands for Abs, Arms & Arse — and yes, we mean business. This high-energy reformer class targets your core, upper body, and glutes through a seamless flow of strength-based sequences and deep, controlled movement. Expect that slow burn, that shake, and that sense of “I did it” by the end. Our instructors will guide you through every movement with precision and encouragement. It’s challenging, addictive, and the perfect class to sculpt, tone, and lift from every angle.

Dynamic Reformer
Dynamic Reformer is where strength meets flow. This full-body workout combines control, rhythm, and resistance to deliver a challenging yet empowering session. Charlie is the founder of Meraki Studios and one of the youngest to train with Body Control Pilates. She blends classical and contemporary techniques to create her own signature slow burn classes. Where she helps every client feel challenged, supported, and inspired.
