Tower 1 Teacher Training

Tower 1 is the starting point for instructors wanting to add Tower Pilates to their teaching

This practical course introduces the foundations of Tower work, including equipment setup, spring selection, safety, core repertoire and the principles behind hoe and why the Tower changes movement

You’ll learn how to teach the essential exercises with confidence, adapt them for the bodies and abilities, begin building clear, well structured Tower sessions.

Training includes:

  • Tower setup

  • understanding springs and resistance

  • Tower repertoire

  • cueing and observation

  • progressions and regressions

  • programming and class structure

  • adapting exercises for different clients

  • practical teaching experience

  • course manual and leaning materials

Tower 1 MUST be completed before progressing to Tower 2

Tower 2 Teacher Training

Evolve your teaching. Explore Contemporary Tower

Tower 2 builds on the foundations developed in Tower 1 and moves into a more contemporary, creative and progressive approach to Tower

You’ll explore more advanced repertoire, transitions and sequencing and how to use the Tower beyond the traditional exercises — whilst still keeping the movement purposeful, safe and grounded in strong pilates principles.

The focus is on helping you become more confident creating dynamic, intelligent Tower classes and developing your own teaching styles.

Training includes:

  • contemporary Tower repertoire

  • more advance progressions

  • creative use of springs, bars and straps

  • sequencing and transitions

  • building flow within a tower class

  • programming for different goals and abilities

  • develop our own teaching style

  • practical teaching and feedback
